We would like to kindly inform you that registration for stationary participation in the European Economic Congress has been closed.
We are receiving registration for the reserve list.
We will inform you about the possibility of participation in the event by e-mail.
We accept participant applications only through the above registration forms. We do not accept applications by email or telephone.
Applications are verified each time by the Organizer. The waiting time depends on the number of applications.

- 1. Where can I register my participation?
- Registration is conducted on the website under Registration.
- 2. Can I sign up in another way?
- Registration is only possible online (via the event website). We do not accept registrations by email or telephone.
- 3. Until when does registration last?
- Registration for in-person participation is open until 22 April 2025 at 3.00 pm.
Registration for online participation in the conference section is open until 25 April 2025 at 3.00 p.m.. - 4. What is the registration process like?

Once on the event page (to the tab) Registration, please refer to the information on access packages. Create an account by entering your email address.
• I already have my account:
If your email address is in our system, you will receive a message that you can log in with the password you previously provided - if you do not have a password, please use the ‘Retrieve password’ option. After logging in to your account, please check the correctness of your personal data and select the subject sessions you are interested in. After saving your data, you will be redirected to the status of your application (New - awaiting approval by the Organiser).• I do not have an account:
If you do not have an account in the system, you need to go through the process of creating a new account, i.e. entering personal information and creating a password. After entering the correct data, an activation code will be sent to you (please check your SPAM box). Once your account has been activated, you will need to select your subject sessions and sign up for an event. Once you have saved your details, you will be redirected to the status of your application (New - awaiting approval by the organiser). - 5. What is an activation code?
- The code activates the newly created account. It is a 6-digit number sequence which is sent to the email address provided.
- 6. How do I log in to my account?
- To log back in, click on the Registration tab, then click Register and find the Your Account option in the top right-hand corner.
- 7. How can I change / correct participant data?
- The Edit Data option is available in the participant's account.
- 8. Is participation in the event free of charge?*
- Participation in the event is not associated with payment in the event of granting the Organizer consent to receive commercial information. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The decision to grant a free package is made by the Organizer based on a correctly completed registration form.
The above registration conditions also apply to people with vouchers. - 9. Is the selection of a session mandatory for conference participants?
- Selecting a session is mandatory, without making this selection it will not be possible to proceed to the next steps of registration. Please select the session you are interested in participating in.
- 10. Can I make changes to my session selection and how?
- The Session Selection option is available in the participant's account.
- 11. How can I resign from participation?
- The registration account shows the I resign from participation option.
- 12. Will I receive any further information after my registration is confirmed?
- We will send a message with organizational information to the provided email address. The message will appear a few days before the event. It will contain a barcode that should be printed or presented on a mobile device for scanning.
- 13. When can I buy an additional conference package?
- The purchase of the package is possible after the application has been verified. Information about the possibility of purchasing a given package will be included in the email confirmation.
- 14. How can I buy a conference package?
- The email confirming the application contains special links allowing for the purchase. There are three forms of payment: downloading a proforma invoice, przelewy24 or card payment.
- 15. How long will I have to wait for the status to change after purchasing the package?
- The status changes after the payment is posted by the Organizer.
- 16. Is it possible to buy a conference package on the day of the event?
- It will be possible to do so by paying by card or issuing an invoice after the event (invoice issued on the basis of a declaration).
