Zuzanna Pawlowksa - Operations Manager and Our Future Forum Coordinator at Our Future Foundation
Operations Manager at Our Future Foundation. She has experience in coordinating nationwide and international projects for young people to help them find their educational and professional paths. Among her achievements are the organization of the 6th edition of the largest educational conference in Poland - Our Future Forum, and the Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition for students, carried out in cooperation with Jeronimo Martins Poland.
Zuzanna is a graduate of economics at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, and is currently studying management with a specialization in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Zuzanna's academic interests focus on labor market issues, with particular emphasis on the phenomenon of structural mismatches and the skills gap. She analyzed these topics while writing her thesis, and studied the impact of demographics on the future of the labor market.
