Director of the ARP S.A. Branch in Mielec | EURO-PARK MIELEC Special Economic Zone
An expert in EU funding and project management, with over 20 years of experience in supporting entrepreneurship and attracting investors. Since June 2024, he has been leading Poland's oldest special economic zone – EURO-PARK MIELEC – which encompasses key investment areas in the Podkarpackie and Lublin voivodeships.
For more than two decades, he managed Wektor Consulting, delivering dozens of EU co-financed projects with a total budget approaching PLN 100 million. He specializes in building support ecosystems for SMEs, developing human capital, and integrating public and private sector initiatives.
A practitioner and implementer in the field of generative artificial intelligence. Author of the market qualification "Application of Large Language Models," registered in the Integrated Qualifications System.
