Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma is a partner and the head of the Warsaw Office Real Estate Practice at Baker McKenzie in Warsaw.
Weronika advises domestic and international investors, developers, investment funds and financial institutions on real estate transactions in the office, logistics, retail, hotel and residential sectors in Poland and CEE, in the field of acquisitions (including portfolio), real estate M&A transactions, structuring of joint ventures, sale and lease back transactions, as well as consultancy in the development process and in the commercialization of projects.
