President, Association of Automotive Parts Distributors and Manufacturers
An experienced lawyer and manager. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland. As of 2023 the President of the Association of Spare Parts Distributors and Producers (SDCM) – the only organisation in Poland representing the interests of spare parts distributors and suppliers, as well as independent repair workshops, active on the lobbying stage both on the European and national level. A current Board Member of European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) and Board Member of International Federation of Automotive Aftermarket Distributors (FIGIEFA).
Attorney at law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He gained his legal experience in the area of industrial property law, copyright and personal rights at renowned law firms both in Cracow and Warsaw. For several years involved in the automotive sector affairs. Supports activities promoting the development of the Polish automotive sector.
Participates in the governmental and parliamentary works on the drafts of the most important legal acts concerning the automotive. Represents the interests of member companies locally, as well as internationally, appearing before European Union bodies.
