Róża Szafranek – Founder & CEO of HR Hints and Founder & CEO of Culturivy® Institute. A leader with a background in psychology and methodology.

The author of Culturivy®, a method for increasing organizational effectiveness by structuring, measuring, and organizing the human aspect of business. This method has been tested in over 150 companies across Poland, Europe, and the United States and was published as a book, which debuted in the U.S. in 2023.

She hosts the podcast "Ludzie z pracy" ("People at Work") because she believes we spend too much time at work not to understand each other.

 Her company, HR Hints, helps organizations achieve their business goals by recruiting the right people and managing them effectively.
