Robert Stobiński
First Vice President of the Management Board for Operations of Amica Group
A graduate of Poznań University of Technology and Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. For almost 30 years, he has been dealing with the management of international supply chains, both from the distribution logistics side and production management. He is particularly interested in the concept of "trade-up" between the expected level of customer service and the cost of providing it.
Vice President of the Management Board (appointed to the Management Board of Amica S.A. in May 2019 and again in June 2023.) As a Member of the Management Board, he was responsible for conducting all tasks related to management, development, and supervision of all projects of the Amica Capital Group in the field of digitization, as well as for the development of IT technology in the Amica Capital Group. Since 2023, he has been responsible for production, environmental protection, procurement, and logistics.
Before joining the Management Board of Amica S.A., Mr. Robert Stobiński worked, among others, as a General Manager at Amazon (Poznań, London, Szczecin), Operational Director for Europe at Bundy Refrigeration, and Vice President at Samsung Electronics Poland. From 2004 to 2010, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Amica S.A.
