Ramūnas Dilba
Position: Chief Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Environment and Infrastructure Group
Ramūnas Dilba is responsible for Environment and Infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in EU investments, strategic planning and project management. Dilba served as the Chancellor of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Energy. From 2007 to 2018, he held various managing positions at the Ministry of Finance. He holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University.
