Rafał Ogrodnik
Board member, chief financial and operations officer, TVN Warner Bros. Discovery
Rafał Ogrodnik serves as CFO and COO at Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland. He is also a member of the TVN Management Board. Within the organization, he is responsible for the full spectrum of financial management, business support, and key operational matters.
As an experienced financial leader, he has over twenty years of experience in finance, including more than fifteen years in senior management positions. Previously, he worked for international companies such as AVON Cosmetics, Sandoz Polska, and British-American Tobacco. He has been with Warner Bros. Discovery since 2014, when he joined then-Discovery Networks as CFO for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. From June 2021 to May 2022, he held the position of SVP Global Integration - Finance in Discovery's global structure, where he oversaw the financial aspects of the organization's merger with Warner Media.
Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting the commercial aspects of organizational operations, managing business model reorganization processes, mergers, and significant investment projects. He holds professional qualifications from CIMA, IESE Business School, and Wharton Executive Education in Global Leadership, and has completed the Finance Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. He also holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
