Head of the Macroeconomics and Public Economics Unit at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Vice-Dean of the Master's Programme.
Author and co-author of nearly fifty articles and scientific studies. Lecturer at undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies.
Multiple winner of the SGH Rector's Award for achievements in research and organizational activities, twice honored by students with the ‘Inspiration of the Year’ award. In 2020, winner of the Team Award of the Minister of Education and Science for significant achievements in the field of scientific activity.
His academic interests focus on institutional economics, the diversity of models and varieties of capitalism, public sector economics, as well as the systemic transformation of post-socialist countries.
Author of numerous expert reports, former employee of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Regional Development as ministerial counsellor. Regular economic commentator for radio stations and television stations.
