He has served as CEO since 2024 and on the Management Board since 2020, associated with the company since 2017. Specializes in the area of transformation (optimization of processes and organizational models, purchasing efficiency) and development strategies for new markets. He represents the second generation of the company's family of owners.
Graduated with honours from Cass Business School in London and then spent five years gaining experience in management consulting. As part of Kearney, he advised numerous companies in Europe on strategy, sales, and marketing investments in FMCG, retail, finance, energy and private equity.
