Managing Director, CTP Poland
Piotr Flugel heads the board of CTP Poland as Managing Director. He is responsible for the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio comprising 3,18 million sqm of land in the Polish land bank and the development of the Business Development team. He has been involved in the real estate market for more than a dozen years. He gained his experience, among others, in the industrial construction sector, where during a decade he was involved in transactions with a total value exceeding EUR 1 billion.
After joining CTP Poland, he has focused his activities on managing the implementation of warehouse and manufacturing facilities projects, consistently increasing the scale of the business, overseeing all operations taking place in the company and their optimisation, as well as cooperation with clients and business partners. With many years of practice in the commercial real estate sector, he is developing a network of high-quality logistics and industrial investments under the CTPark name.
