Olga Fasiecka
President of the Board, ENEA Centrum
She has been working in the energy industry for over 20 years. She worked, among other places, at Veolia, where she was responsible for managing communication and complex projects and teams, including as a project leader in the energy transformation of the city of Poznań. Previously, she worked at the Enea Group as the director of the Corporate Communication Department, supporting, among others, restructuring processes and acquisitions. As part of PTPiREE, she coordinated the acquisition of financing from European sources for infrastructure development and cooperated with state and EU institutions in preparing the new programming period in the energy sector. Among other institutions, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics, and pursued postgraduate studies in management at the Université de Rennes. She also holds a master's degree in psychology and is a mentor, trainer and lecturer.
