Monika has been working at IGEOS for 22 years, playing a key role in strengthening the market position of Polish companies in the energy sector.
For the past four years, she has been leading the development of the IGEOSNuclear division, which focuses on preparing the domestic industry to meet the rigorous standards of the nuclear power sector.
Monika is responsible for implementing specialized training programs designed to enhance the competencies and adaptability of Polish companies.
As a result of the IGEOSNuclear educational initiatives, more than 800 professionals from 400 companies have successfully completed training, strengthening the industry's readiness to meet nuclear sector requirements.
She actively fosters collaboration with international organizations and institutes within the nuclear industry, she organizes regular meetings, consultations, and knowledge-sharing exchanges.
Domestically, she plays a crucial role in establishing connections with local government organizations, associations, and industry societies dedicated to advancing the Polish energy sector.
