Mireia Peris

Architect and urban planner (2005) and Master in Urban and Territorial Studies (2010)
In the early stages of her career, she combined her professional practice as an architect in public and private teams, with the academic research at different universities and public institutions. Between 2009 and 2016, she co-directed her professional office and led projects related to public space and urban planning.
In 2016, she joined the Barcelona metropolitan masterplan team at the Barcelona Metropolitan Area institution as urban planner and, since 2021, she works as the Head of the office.
