Mikołaj Raczyński

Position: Vice President of the Management Board for Investment
Manager, economist and capital markets expert with many years of experience in Polish and foreign financial institutions. Specializes in public and private markets, directly managing or supervising investments of multi-person investment teams. Has extensive knowledge of macroeconomics and economic processes.
In his career, he was associated with, among others, Noble Funds TFI, where as a board member he was responsible for investment decisions. He led or participated in investment committees of funds operating on public markets and in the areas of private debt, distressed debt, private equity and mezzanine. He also worked for the pan-European investment group WOOD & Company, where he was responsible for the implementation of the expansion in Poland of one of the group's business branches.
He has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including the Golden Portfolio twice for investment results and the title of Best Macroeconomic Analyst twice.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Accounting) and the Warsaw University of Technology (Management). He holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), the Investment Advisor license and the ESG Investing certificate issued by the CFA Institute.
