Michał Paschalis-Jakubowicz

Michał Paschalis-Jakubowicz - President of IAI SA, has been associated with the new technologies, telecommunications and consulting industry for over 20 years. He was responsible for the transformation and development of, among others, Wirtualna Polska and Oktawave, and for the development of Orange Polska's mobile and fixed broadband offer. He has extensive experience in creating strategies, customer value management, M&A and Investor Relations.
He has been managing the IAI SA Group for two years, previously he held the position of Vice President of K2 Holding and CEO at Oktawave and (former subsidiary of K2 Holding, acquired by Netia). He started his career at Nicom Consulting. From 1997 to 2001 he worked at Polkomtel S.A. In 2001-2004 he was a member of the management board of Wirtualna Polska, then for four years he was a director at Kearney, where he led several consulting projects in Poland, Europe and Asia. He then joined Orange, as CMO and Executive Director from 2009 to 2016, and as a Member of the Management Board in 2015-2016.
