Michał Balski
Director, Department of Strategy, Architecture and Urban Planning, City Council of Płock
For 14 years professionally associated with the Płock local government. Currently, as a director, he is responsible for spatial planning, development programming, revitalization and construction administration.
Actively participates in the creation of strategic documents, policies and programs for Płock. A keen observer of urban trends and an enthusiast of out of the box solutions. Political scientist, graduate of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies: Spatial Economy in Practice at the Warsaw University of Technology and Administration and Management at the University of Lodz.
