Maria Wyżga
Head of Human Resources for Central and Eastern Europe, Interim Managing Director, Bayer Polska
Maria Wyżga is a Head of Human Resources in Central Eastern Europe and Interim Managing Director of Bayer Poland.
Maria has been working for Bayer for almost 13 years. On top of her role as CEE HR Head, she served as a regional HR Business Partner in the EMEA region (15 countries) within the Crop Science division.
Maria Wyżga graduated from Jagiellonian University with a degree in Slavic Languages and Literature, and she also completed her Post Graduate Studies in Psychology at Warsaw University and MBA studies at Kozminski University. Maria is a certified consultant in the Jungian Types Index methodology.
