Marek Warzecha
President of the Management Board, Ponar Wadowice SA
Marek Warzecha graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice, where he earned a degree in political science from the Faculty of Social Sciences. He has also completed several training programs in management and finance. He is an entrepreneur primarily investing in industrial projects and those related to healthcare. Currently, he is the majority shareholder in companies such as PONAR Wadowice S.A. and Ferrum S.A.
Since 2009, he has been serving as the President of the Management Board and General Director of PONAR Wadowice S.A., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ferrum S.A., the Ferrum S.A. Welding Structures Plant, and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polska Amunicja S.A.
Throughout his professional career, he has held multiple roles in the management and supervisory boards of both public companies, such as Voxel S.A. and Cormay S.A., and private companies, including Upper Silesian Agency for the Transformation of Enterprises S.A., Upper Silesian Restructuring Fund S.A., Fugo S.A., and Famur Famak S.A.
