CEO, AIUT
The President and, co-owner of AIUT, the largest Polish integrator of industrial automation and robotics systems operating globally.
For over 20 years, he has been actively involved in the operational management and development of the group. He oversees the work of branches in Poland, the USA, Canada, China, India, Germany, and Romania, and is responsible for the company’s international expansion. Today, the company employs over 1,000 people, including 700 engineers, delivering comprehensive industrial automation and robotics solutions for global industry leaders.
AIUT provides integrated automation systems, software development, machine construction—including robotic workstations and production lines—automated storage systems, intralogistics solutions based on AGV/AMR mobile robotics, electronic device design and manufacturing, digital twin solutions, predictive maintenance systems, and advanced IoT platforms. The company has extensive experience in developing and adapting AI technologies and revolutionizing production, logistics, and business processes. AIUT also supports the creation of new products and their rapid introduction to the market.
Marek Gabryś is also a strong advocate for collaboration between the scientific community and the industrial sector and is a co-founder of Semicon Supply Poland and the Forum of Polish Automation and Robotics – FAiRP. He believes that success is built on partnership, so he fosters relationships based on trust and an open approach to knowledge sharing.
