Marcin Mochocki
Member of the Management Board PKP PLK, Director for Investment Implementation
Marcin Mochocki graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
He started his professional career at Ernst & Young, where he implemented numerous projects for the railway, aviation and road sector as a member of the infrastructure consulting team. His initial contact with the railway industry was working at PKP S.A., where he supervised the implementation of strategic investment projects for the entire PKP Group, especially with regard to the modernisation and development of railway infrastructure in Poland.
Between 2013 and 2016, he was involved with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. in the positions of Board Representative and Board Member, being responsible for such things as the implementation of investment projects under the EU's 2007–2015 financial perspective.
In 2016-2024, he was associated with IPOPEMA Financial Advisory, serving as Managing Director of the corporate/project finance and M&A functions, overseeing the execution of infrastructure and transport projects, financial modelling and transactions as well as funding management. From March 2024, again in the Management Board of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. as Member of the Management Board – Director for Investment.
An experienced specialist in the area of infrastructure investment management, he has extensive knowledge of the public and private sectors.
