Marcin Giżycki
Vice-President of the ING Bank Śląski S.A. Management Board in charge of the Private Individual Clients Division
He has held the position of the Management Board Vice-President at ING Bank Śląski S.A. since August 2016.
He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ING Investment Holding (Polska) S.A. since December 2018. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. in March and April 2018 when he was elected Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board, a function he has held ever since. He has held supervisory functions at Nowe Usługi S.A. since August 2015 – first as a member of the Supervisory Board and then as the Supervisory Board Chair. He became a member of the Management Board of ING Securities S.A. in 2015, and between August 2015 and May 2016 he held the function of the President of the Management Board. In 2006, he took up the position of the executive director in charge of a part of the Retail Banking Division – he held that function for the next 10 years. Between 1996 and 2006, he held various positions in sales and retail network management at ING Bank Śląski.
He has been a member of the Supervisory Board at ING for Children Foundation since May 2021.
A graduate of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, the University of Economics in Katowice and the Poznań School of Banking.
