Marcin Bejm

Marcin Bejm is an advocate with over 20 years’ experience. He specialises in advising on complex project finance and PPP transactions across Poland and the CEE region. He represents clients involved in critical infrastructure projects, including those related to security and the defence industry. He advises on industrial cooperation initiatives, the structuring of joint ventures and the negotiation of contracts under public procurement regimes and defence-related exemptions.
He supports clients in negotiating EPC, O&M, concession, supply and investment contracts. Marcin is also a recognised expert in public law, public procurement and state aid. He is the author of numerous publications on PPP and actively promotes this model for infrastructure development.
