Małgorzata Kern Treasurer of the City of Gliwice; Chairwoman of the Board of the National Council of Local Government Treasurers' Forums operating at the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy; previously Head of the WIAS in the Regional Chamber of Audit in Katowice, previously a member of the Monitoring Committee of the RPOWŚl 2007-2013 and the Monitoring Subcommittee of the POKL 2007-2013. Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, postgraduate studies at the University of Silesia in the field of European integration, postgraduate studies of the 2nd edition of the partner project of the Ministry of Interior and Administration – „Academy of Local Government Leaders” and the Study Abroad Center at the Wirtschaftsuniversitat in Vienna. Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of a municipal company, lecturer at the WSB Merito University in Poznań. Member of the Board of the Association of Friends of Słowacki School in Chorzów and the Board of the "Afriquia" Foundation.
