Maciej Bialko is a seasoned executive with 17 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in international trade, investment, and business development. As the Head of the Foreign Trade Office in Dubai for the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), he plays a pivotal role in supporting Polish businesses in their global expansion and attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into Poland.
Maciej was the driving force behind the establishment of the Polish Business Council in Dubai, serving as its founding chairman and strengthening the presence of Polish enterprises in the region.
His career in the UAE began at the Embassy of Poland in Abu Dhabi, after which he successfully launched and managed two companies representing Polish interests in the Middle East. He also led the Upper Silesian Fund in Abu Dhabi, marking the first Polish regional representation in the region.
Before moving to the UAE, Maciej built a strong foundation in finance as an investment advisor at leading institutions, including Barclays, Bank of Scotland, and Bank of Ireland.
With a deep commitment to fostering international business relations, Maciej Bialko continues to facilitate trade, investment, and strategic partnerships between Poland and global markets.
