Associated with TVN Warner Bros. Discovery since 2015. He initially served as Program Coordinator, in mid-2016 became Deputy Head of the Scripted Productions Department, and since late 2021 has held the position of Director of the Scripted Productions House. Within the organization, he oversees in-house productions and co-productions of series and films. He also serves in an advisory capacity regarding scripted content strategy development and planning original productions for the TVN Warner Bros. Discovery group, including theatrical, streaming, and television projects.
A sociology graduate from Collegium Civitas. He began his media and entertainment career at BEAM.TV Poland and Odeon Film Studio, where he gained skills in post-production, management, and online content distribution. In 2009, he joined Alvernia Studios, which directed his career toward the production of films, video games, music projects, and advertisements.

In the organization, he is responsible for supervising in-house productions and co-productions of series and films. He also has an advisory role in building feature content strategies and planning original productions for the TVN Warner Bros Discovery Group such as theatrical, streaming and television projects.
