Łukasz Kępiński - CEO and founder of Tears of Joy, a Social Media Influencer Marketing Agency. Previously, he developed the Social Media department at the K2 agency and “honed his skills in start-ups” on Estonia's rugged soil. He looks for perfect combinations of strategy, media, communication, and sales and constantly shares his knowledge and experience at industry and business events (I ❤ Marketing, Internet Beta, European Economic Congress, Kongres Online Marketing, See Bloggers, Polish National Sales Forum, Business Market, IAB How To and others).
