Leszek Gołąbiecki
Vice President of the Management Board, Executive Director, Unibep SA
He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Białystok University of Technology. His entire professional career has been rooted in the construction industry, where he has advanced through all levels of responsibility — from Contract Manager to Construction Director and Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A. He previously worked at Budimex–Unibud S.A. and Budimex Dromex S.A. In 2004, he joined Unibep S.A., based in Bielsk Podlaski.
In June 2014, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A. by decision of the Supervisory Board, a position he held until May 2023. He currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Unidevelopment S.A. and Unihouse S.A., President of the Management Board of Unibep PPP Sp. z o.o., and Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters.
In May 2023, he was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A. by resolution of the Supervisory Board.
