Katarzyna Suchcicka
Vice President, R.Power SA
Katarzyna Suchcicka is an experienced leader with 17 years of experience in the energy sector. Before joining R.Power, she served as CEO of OX2 in Poland, where she built the entire organization from the ground up, leading to the implementation of renewable energy projects with a total capacity of nearly 400 MW and developing a project portfolio exceeding 3 GW.
Her experience also includes work at Vestas, including a two-year international contract in Portugal. She is distinguished by exceptional competencies in building effective teams, as evidenced by developing the OX2 organization into a team of 80 specialists and initiating pioneering projects in the field of energy storage.
The industry has repeatedly recognized her achievements, awarding prestigious distinctions: the title of Manager of the Year 2024 (EuroPower & OzePower) and Energy of the Future 2024 (Energy of Women).
Katarzyna Suchcicka is a student of Executive MBA at Kozminski University. She holds a master's degree in managerial economics from the West Pomeranian Business School and an engineering degree obtained from the University of Southern Denmark and the West Pomeranian University of Technology.
