Managing Director of DELab UW and Head of the Department of Technology Transformation at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw. Member of the team for the development of higher education strategy at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Specializes in researching the impact of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies on the labor market, education, and the development of future competencies. She analyzes digital transformation processes in enterprises and public institutions, emphasizing change management and digital competence building. She leads international research projects, including those within the Horizon 2020 program, and has extensive practical experience supporting companies in adopting new technologies and implementing innovative digital solutions through digital transformation workshops as part of the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH).
