Karolina Sikorska

Karolina Sikorska is an experienced marketing and brand strategy expert. She is the Marketing Director at UNIMOT Group, overseeing brand development and communication. She also manages marketing for AVIA petrol stations in Poland and Ukraine. She is the founder of Teddy’s Treats, a company producing vegetarian dog snacks. Her business combines innovation with sustainability. She specialises in customer loyalty strategies, brand positioning, and multi-channel communication. Karolina holds a BA in War Studies from King’s College London and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. She is also a graduate of the prestigious 30 Under 30 programme by the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, designed to develop future business leaders. She also serves as a translator and assistant to Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, President Lech Wałęsa, supporting him during international engagements.
