Karim Sylla
Director for Analytics, GenAI and Automation, Żabka Group
Since 2019, Karim Sylla has been responsible for implementing a data-driven culture and maximizing the value derived from Generative AI at Żabka Group. He manages the analytics and GenAI competence center, which includes approximately 30 individuals in roles such as BI Developers, Insight Analysts, AI Engineers and RPA Specialists. He continuously nurtures his passion for data visualization and various GenAI tools. He strengthens the organization's transformation by developing Żabka communities for AI and analytics enthusiasts.
Karim Sylla gained experience working for several years in international corporations in the areas of Controlling, Finance, and Analytics. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Poznań University of Technology and the Leadership Psychology Academy at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. Since 2025, Karim has been teaching students about Analytics and AI at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
