Juha Simola
CEO, Temet Group
Juha Simola is the CEO of Temet Group Oy. He started his position on 28 February 2022.
Prior to Temet, Simola served as the CEO of Weckman Steel Oy since 2018. He also has experience in management positions in the Patria Group and the Fortaco Group, where he was responsible for factories located in Central Europe, among others. 
Temet Group is a Finnish company specializing in explosion protection and special ventilation technology, which are applied in civil defense and industry, among others. Under Simola's leadership, the company has participated in international standardization work, such as the development of the ISO 22359 standard, which applies to protective structures.
