Joanna Sadzik
President of the Board at Stowarzyszenie WIOSNA. A social leader and manager with extensive experience in bridging the gap between business and social initiatives. For over 10 years, she has been involved with Stowarzyszenie WIOSNA, where she co-develops and implements the core methodology behind Szlachetna Paczka and Akademia Przyszłości, as well as co-creates corporate social responsibility (CSR) solutions.
She builds teams that never lose sight of their purpose while always keeping people at the center of their work. She is a co-creator of original programs supporting parents and teachers, seniors, and individuals re-entering the job market.
As an expert in effective and responsible philanthropy, she teaches how to engage in social initiatives in a way that ensures long-term impact rather than one-time aid. Today, she uses her expertise to build bridges between businesses and social organizations, demonstrating how companies can engage in meaningful and impactful support that creates real value for society.
