Joanna is a leader with extensive experience in Business Service Centers. In her nearly 20-year career at PMI, she has been involved in shaping and implementing organizational development strategies, including process management, change management, complex projects, building effective teams, and creating an inclusive and innovative work culture.
Joanna joined Philip Morris International (PMI) in 2005. She currently leads the global team responsible for the strategy and development of PMI's Business Service Center. She is the President of the Board of PMI Service Center Europe.
Joanna holds a degree from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and an Executive MBA from the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics.
