Jarosław Mikos
Jarosław Mikos graduated from the Faculty of Law & Administration at the University of Warsaw. He began his career in 1995 at Deloitte & Touche. From 1996, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand. In 1997–1999, he was a manager at PwCLondon, then deputy director in PwC’s M&A and Privatisation
Dept. From 2000, he joined Energis Polska as Board Member for business development, then CFO, and from 2002 as CEO. In 2005, he led the merger of Energis Polska with GTS Polska as President of the Management Board. In 2011–2013, he was President of Magna Polonia, and in 2013–2017, worked with Wirtualna Polska Group.
In 2017, he became President of Polskie ePłatności. From 2021, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board, then President of IAI. For the last 2 years, he worked with WeNet, and from June 2023, was President of the Management Board.
On 8 Dec 2024, he joined the Supervisory Board of Comarch. On 6 Feb 2025, the Supervisory Board of Comarch appointed him President of the Management Board of the Company.
