Jacob Turowski
Public Policy Director, Central and Eastern Europe, Meta
Jacob is responsible for building relationships between Meta and legislators, regulators, NGOs, and other communities interested in the Internet's impact on society and the economy. Prior to joining Meta, he led the public policy and regulatory team at UPC Poland, the first cable operator in Poland. He gained international experience in the digital economy in Paris and Brussels, working on the digital agenda and European regulations for PwC and Belgacom, among others.
