A graduate of the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology. Co-owner of the Dr Irena Eris Group.
From 1999 to 2019, Chairman of the Main Council of the Lewiatan Confederation. Since 2019, First Vice-President of the Lewiatan Confederation. Founder and long-time President of the Polish Cosmetics Industry Association, currently a member of its Board. From 2006 to 2011, co-founder and President of the Board of the "Zachodniomazurska Lokalna Organizacja Turystyczna" Association, which aims to support the development of tourism in the western part of Mazury. Awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2004) and the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2014). Since 2018, Chairman of the Presidium of the Family Business Council at the Lewiatan Confederation. Member of the Board of the "Jesteśmy Razem. Pomagamy!" Foundation and the Business Council at the Family Business Institute. From 2020 to 2023, member of the Economic Council – Economic Advisory Team at the Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland in the 10th term. Recipient of numerous awards and distinctions in the fields of entrepreneurship, social activities, and support for family businesses. President of the Irena Eris Family Foundation.
