Grzegorz Sołtysiak
CEO, ZREW Transformatory S.A.
Grzegorz Sołtysiak is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience in managing large-scale enterprises in the energy sector. Since 2018, he has served as Managing Director and President of the Management Board at ZREW Transformatory S.A., and is a member of the Extended Executive Team of the Swiss Group at R&S International Holding AG. Previously, he held key managerial roles at ABB, including CEO of the Łódź Distribution Transformer Plant, and was responsible for the Power Electronics Division in Aleksandrów Łódzki. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Electronics at the Łódź University of Technology, and in 2007 completed an Executive MBA program offered jointly by the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business and the University of Łódź.
