Grzegorz Brona
CEO, Creotech Instruments SA
Physicist, scientist, former CERN employee in Geneva, entrepreneur, and academic teacher. He holds a postdoctoral degree (DSc) in physical sciences and serves as the coordinator of the Sectoral Competence Council for the Aerospace Industry and as a member of the Committee for Space and Satellite Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). He is the co-founder and currently the CEO of Creotech Instruments S.A.
From 2018 to 2019, he served as the President of the Polish Space Agency. He co-authored the National Space Program and contributed to legislative changes facilitating the testing of Polish sounding rockets. He also played a key role in the Polish Space Agency joining the International Space Exploration Coordination Group and the International Astronautical Federation.
He began his professional career at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).
He has co-authored over 300 scientific publications in prestigious international journals, including Physical Review Letters, Nuclear Instruments and Methods, and Nature. He has participated in and spoken at numerous international scientific conferences.
