She has wealth of experience in overseeing sophisticated technological processes, ensuring quality, and managing projects, particularly within the industrial products industry.
At present responsible for the Wrocław Superhub, one of the fastest growing 3M production centers in the world with 12,000 products manufactured, and 2000 employees onboard. On everyday basis she focuses on driving the sustainable growth of the manufacturing center and introducing cutting-edge technologies.
Privately, Dominika enjoys sport. She used to practice fencing, which taught her perseverance, patience and developed a motivation to achieve success.
