Cezary Dominiak
CEO, Rosomak SA
An experienced Manager and Expert in management and finance with over 30 years of experience in academic and business environments. Doctor of Economics (Academy of Economics in Katowice, 1996), specializing in multi-criteria decision support. For his doctoral dissertation, he received the Prime Minister's Award in the field of economics.
He began his professional career as an assistant and later an adjunct at the University of Economics in Katowice, developing scientific and didactic activities. He combined his work at the University with consulting and expert activities, specializing in financial planning, investment project analysis, risk management and project management.
He has held numerous executive positions and served on the supervisory boards of many companies. Since 2013, he has been employed at Rosomak S.A. as the Director of the Department of Finance and Human Resources, Member of the Management Board. In November 2024, he was appointed CEO of the company.
