Boguslaw Kowalski - an outstanding leader, visionary and entrepreneur, founder and long-time President of the Graal Group, which under his leadership became the leader in fish processing in Poland and one of the largest canned fish producers in Europe. Thanks to his exceptional business intuition, courageous decision-making and strong leadership skills, in three decades he transformed a small company from Wejherowo into a modern organization with billions in revenue. In 2023, after a carefully planned process, he sold Graal to the German Lisner Group (Theo Müller), preparing the company for a new stage of growth. Today, he is actively developing further projects - he is a co-shareholder in Captain Fresh and chairman of the board in Koral S.A., remaining one of the most experienced and effective managers of the Polish FMCG sector. He is an example of an entrepreneur who has been able not only to create a strong organization, but also to responsibly prepare it for the future.
