Bernadetta Bieszczanin
psychologist, educator, expert on neurodiversity in business, co-founder of the Sensitivity Spectrum Project
is a psychotherapist and entrepreneur committed to promoting neurodiversity and inclusivity. For over seven years, she has been developing projects where innovation, inspiration, and practical solutions meet the real needs of neurodivergent individuals. Her mission is to foster a new perspective on neurodiversity—from family life and education to business strategy.
For two decades, she worked in the media industry—as a television program creator (including Pytanie na śniadanie, a popular Polish morning show) and as a leader of production and editorial teams at TVP2, one of Poland’s main public broadcasters. Today, she focuses on social and business initiatives aimed at leveling the playing field and empowering marginalized communities.
She lectures and provides educational support to anyone seeking reliable knowledge about neurodiversity—both on an individual and organizational level. She develops practical tools that help neurodivergent people function in the best possible condition—in work, education, and everyday life. Her work combines expertise in management, psychology, and communication, building a foundation for a more open, empathetic, and equitable world.
