Barbara Dolniak
Member of Parliament
Barbara Dolniak – lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She has been a judge for over twenty-five years. She specializes in civil law.
She completed post-graduate studies: European Union law, public relations and civil law.
On November 5, 2015, she resigned from the office of judge due to the constitutional prohibition of combining it with the parliamentary mandate.
She has held a parliamentary mandate in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland since 2015. During the 8th term of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, she was the Deputy Speaker of the Sejm.
In the Sejm he chairs the Special Committee for Changes to Codifications and sits on the Legislative Committee and the Deregulation Committee.
