Expert in the field of change management, economic transformation and strategic development. For over 25 years, she was associated with public and local government administration, where she held the positions of Secretary of the Silesian Voivodeship, Secretary and Vice-President of the City of Tychy and President of the Silesian Park. Currently, she manages the Transformation Fund of the Silesian Voivodeship Inc., which aims to support economic transformation in the region, with particular emphasis on the industrial sector, including mining and mining-related industries.
She specializes in creating and implementing long-term development strategies, building institutional partnerships and supporting innovative projects at the interface of local government, business and science. She uses a systemic approach and has experience managing interdisciplinary teams. Co-creator of the Green Science Zone concept - an initiative integrating the academic and urban potential of Katowice. Graduate of the University of Silesia, the University of Economics in Krakow and SWPS in Warsaw.
