With Heidelberg Materials Polska (formerly Górażdże Group) associated for over 15 years. His professional career began in sales structures, and in the years 2003-2008 he held the position of sales consultant on behalf of the Heidelberg Materials Group in Ukraine, responsible for building the sales team and sales processes. From 2011 to 2012, he held a similar role in Kazakhstan.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the board of directors of Górażdże Cement SA, holding the position of Director of Sales Development, Low Carbon Products and ESG. He is actively involved in industry associations including the Association of Cement Producers and the Polish Green Building Council.
An economist, graduated from the University of Opole and the Wrocław University of Economics, as well as from prestigious international development programmes. He is an expert in sales process management, product portfolio decarbonisation and ESG, as well as a business coach.
