Alicja Żyła
Vice President of the Management Board, ING Bank Śląski SA
Alicja Żyła has been working within the ING Group for over 25 years. She started her career in the personnel department. Then, in the years 1998-2008, she worked in the Retail Banking Division, in various roles related to project management and the development of products and processes for individual clients and entrepreneurs. In 2008-2018, she headed the bank's Operations division. At that time, operations were transformed to a centralized model, using outsourcing.
Between 2018 and 2021 she worked in ING Lease Polska, initially as the Vice President and then the President of the Management Board.
From September 2021, she is the Vice-President of the Management Board of ING Bank Śląski, supervising the bank's COO division responsible for operations, KYC / AML, control processes, anti-fraud, data management, expert centers responsible for process development and automation.
She is a graduate of economic studies and an international managerial program. For many years she was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa (National Clearing House) and NN TFI Investment Partners.
