Aleksandra Kwiatkowska
Director of the Non-repayable Instruments Department, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego
Director of the Non-Refundable Instruments Department at the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). She is responsible for non-refundable instruments - investments in hydrogen technologies implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, as well as Innovation Loan and Green Loan under the European Funds for Smart Economy Program.
She has many years of experience in the area of European funds – both in public administration and at the BGK. For many years she held managerial positions in the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. In her professional career, she was responsible for European funds for regional development and digitization. She has been with BGK for more than five years - she was responsible for implementing financial instruments aiming at social development, entrepreneurship and digitization. Currently, she is responsible for non-refundable instruments - investments in hydrogen technologies as well as Innovation Loan and Green Loan. She has experience in investment financing using grant, repayable as well as blended instruments.
She holds a PhD in Social Sciences, specializing in Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management (she earned her PhD at the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan). She is graduate of the University of Wroclaw and Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, with a degree in Political Science.
